There’s nothing better than manic multiplayer fun. When you’re in the mood to sit down with a bunch of your mates and just do something a little silly, this is a great way to go. If slightly insane antics are your thing, then you might as well want to get your gloves on Embra title that will be fully released on PC and console towards the end of next month.
Firefighting would be characterized as a very serious, extremely important career in the real world, and rightfully so. In Embr, however, we’ll do it for fun. Not only are you and your friends called upon to fight some serious wildfires, but you’ll also be rescuing the residents from said flames. Rescue It might be a slightly tentative word when it comes to throwing someone out of a second-story window, but it’s a far cry from flames. so we’re good, right?
You can experience its chaos Embr solo or with a bunch of your friends. In multiplayer mode, you’ll team up and fight fire after fire to get tips from customers and get the all-important five-star rating that will earn you cash and allow you to upgrade your gear and eventually become the the ultimate “go to hero”, firefighter.
EmbrIts full release will bring two new expansive areas for players to explore. These in turn will host twelve brand new handcrafted levels. In addition to this, you’ll get five new game modes, allowing you to earn some extra cash on your way. Daily and weekly quests are also added to instill that all-important replayability factor into what already looks like a game that will keep you begging for more.
In addition to the new game-centric additions Embr, you also get a UI overhaul, new difficulty settings, and level modifiers to keep things fresh. Finally, you can expect cross-platform play. If you’re looking for new friends to fight the flames with, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding them here.
If one expects Embr to be a realistic depiction of an average day in one’s life fireman, then a big surprise awaits them” says Howard Tsao, Team Lead at Muse Games. “Embr is the ultimate hero adventure, where everyone from the card player to the Gran who lives at the end of your street could fill their day by coming to the rescue of your house on fire – even if it means flying out from the process window. In Embr the ends justify the absolutely manic means.“
This interesting submission from the folks at Muse will appear on PC, Xbox, PS4 and Switch on September 23rd. It has been noted that although Embr designed for PS4 and Xbox One, it will also run perfectly on PS5 and Xbox S/X, so don’t worry. Those of you who really enjoy holding something in your sweaty palms won’t be disappointed either. After EmbrIts digital release will go physical on Playstation and Switch the next day. You really don’t have much of an excuse if fighting virtual fires from the comfort of your armchair is just your thing.
