At 1.45V This is definitely not an AMD EXPO kit

Intel owners enjoy a huge frequency advantage over AMD users, as the Z690 boards are able to support higher frequency and voltage DIMMs than the competition. The timings can be a little looser, but the high frequencies found in kits like the Patriot Viper Venom DDR5-7200 CL34 overcome this minor drawback. TechPowerUp had the pleasure of testing a number of these kits so you can see the performance difference between a variety of DDR5-7200 kits.

In most games you’re not going to see a huge performance difference, although there are a few where the performance improvement is beyond the margin of error in testing. If you want to overclock then be careful, you can hit DDR5-8000 but it needs 1.55V to run stable. However, if you can afford a simple DDR5-7600, 1.45V is enough to keep your system running without glitches and adds a bit more performance.
