Affordable PCIe 5.0, With A Catch

ASRock’s Phantom Gaming Z790 RIPTIDE WIFI has a PCIe 5.0 16x slot and a PCIe 5.0 x4 M.2 slot, however if you want to use both, then this PCIe slot drops eight lanes and becomes a x8 slot. The effect it will have depends on the GPU you are using, as eight PCIe 5.0 lanes will be enough for many of them. You could also stick with the three M.2 Gen4 slots if you’re worried about your lanes.
