Colorful isn’t the first name that comes to mind when shopping for an Intel Z690 motherboard, but they’re still an option. The Colorful CVN Z690M Gaming Frozen V20 is available for review on Neoseeker if you’re interested in giving your system a somewhat unique look. The board supports one PCI Express 5.0 x 16, PCI Express 3.0x 4 and PCI Express 3.0 x1 slot. The board has two M.2 slots, however both use PCIe 4.0 if you were hoping to one day upgrade your storage.

The CVN Z690M Gaming Frozen V20 is a micro ATX board, which makes the list of interfaces above a little more impressive. Neoseeker enjoyed the overall design of the board and was impressed with both the BIOS software and the iGameCenter that ships with the board. They didn’t give much detail about their overclocking results, but they were successful in their efforts and didn’t experience VRM overheating or other common issues.
